I have no doubt the arbs are afraid of athm/xcit not going through, though the premium came more back in line today. As an arb of sorts myself (An ATHM shareholder who swapped to XCIT) I'm trying to make my own judgement based on whatever input I can get.
Theres no doubt in my mind that ATHM way overpaid for XCIT, but I think the deal will go through as intended. T has voting control of ATHM and I cant see why Armstrong would suddenly change his mind. Nothing fundamental has changed about XCIT. XCIT is much more than LCOS as far as I'm concerned.
