Lasermedics' Microlight 830 device is currently being used by about 300 clinicians accross the country as an experiment, by MD's ,chiropractors, acupuncturists, and naturopaths...call them to see if there's one in your area...many more doctors have approached LMDX about the device, but since it hasn't yet received full FDA approval, they can't expand the level of distribution yet..this is expected this fall..I saw the General Motors-mayo Clinic study of this device, which included people who'd had the Carpal tunnel surgery, but still had lots of pain..the device had a very high success rate..My wife had the surgery two years ago, and wishes she'd known about the Microlight 830 then.
