Besides Multex, I've gotten Prodigy, Earthweb, Ubid, VerticalNet, Healtheon, MarketWatch and some others. Usually just 100 shares, but I'm happy to get any. You have to place your orders quick when they post a new IPO, they really give them out first-come, first-serve.
$1,000 cash minimum to get an IPO, 60 day hold or you risk being penalized in access to future IPOs, though it is not clear if they are enforcing this rule at the moment. I just sold my MKTW today, 61 days after the IPO.
They need to improve their general trading and customer service, which their upcoming IPO should give them plenty of funds to do.
