Hi Mike,
Is that specific stock on the restricted list ??? At Waterhouse, the
stock on restricted list must be fully paid or you must have enough funds...At ndb, a friend of mine put a buy order for an internet BB stock -- the order was rejected: they have to make a phone order even though they have plenty of cash on the account....But the phone order is immediately executed...
