St. Patrick's Day - this is one PLMD shareholders will remember. Russell 2000 down 0.2%, PLMD down 10%. Factors other than small-cap status are at work hammering PLMD to new lows. Are we to believe that retail selling in the presence of improving or unchanged fundamentals is primarily responsible for the 40% price decline since the beginning of the year?? FWIW, my gut says it's something more serious than that. I have no evidence to support that presumption but IMO the stock's behavior alone is so extraordinary that investors have legitimate reasons to be concerned, very concerned. This is not an air pocket. This is a dive. What we're seeing in the stock is not consistent with "ending the quarter on a high note," CEO Lee's words. Will management address the issue, the radical disparity between price behavior and a growing and increasingly profitable business? Apparently not at the $7 or $6 level. Maybe at $5 or $4??
