Hey Kha, I don't know of any restricted list. I think that rule is just a general rule of thumb for them and maybe many others. I also had to place that last buy order on the phone but had no one say anything about it. What a pain in the ass!!! DLJ Direct here I come. I did have the money in my cash acct which was what i had from selling the same stock that i earlier sold. GNET
