My reasons for seeing an Attorney were not to discuss my options against PM, but against you if you file a lawsuit at this time.... Part of the settlement PM agreed to was that our WWWC shares would be part of a public company within 90 days and as far as I am concerned the clock has allready started on those 90 days. If he lives up to the terms, we may see some return on our investment.... A lawsuit now would stop the merger and ALL the shareholders would be SOL.... If he does not live up to the settlement then I would be all for taking some legal action.... I have little faith or support for PM, I just want to see if some good can come out of this for everybody.... Your earlier posts mentioned other Agencies that may be involved in this. Do you ever wonder just how far down the list and in what year your shareholders that you claim to represent will be of ever receiving that big settlement if they are involved.... If PM is reading this thread, a couple other agencies I would involve if he does not live up to the settlement are the SEC and my State Securities Comm.... Lets play this out and maybe we can all see something good happen.... If my lack of editing offends anyone, sorry..........
