the shareholders meeting(a formality) is on 3/30--pricing by goldman sachs on 3/31 and actual ipo on 4/1-Both goldman and zd confirmed this schedule last week to me by phone.Look for press release right after proxy vote on morning of 3/30--roadshow begins next week
