Jason, Prism is already somewhat connected to Golden Rule. Glen Harper is a director of both Eastfield and Golden Rule. Prism is a 50/50 partner with Eastfield in the Tonopah Nevada property. The Golden Rule association with Prism via Eastfield has been established for some time. I'm not sure this association is the reason for the spike in the stock price. Also, there will be a ton of stock freed up shortly from last years financing @ $.40. Most of the paper is tightly held, but at current levels the insiders have to be tempted to sell. There simple has to be some news soon to hold the stock at this level. What do you think? confused..
