Dear Barb,

Have you looked at ALYD lately? They have a new convertible preferred out and they are a Y2K company. They changed their name but not their symbol and they spelled their name wrong. I don't know if it has a floor but there are only 289 days left for them to make some money. Earnings just came out which will not justify the price. They are still above $5, thus shortable in some circles. I thought you might be interested.
