Zeev,

Someone said you were good on convertibles. Would you take a look at ALYD? They just issued one. As a Y2K company in the midst of the Y2K frenzy, they need money. It should be coming in by the bushel but apparently it isn't. There are only 289 days left for them to capitalize on the problem. Their P/E would indicate they are not going to make it. As far as I can tell, their P/E should be 1 or 2,. They are still trading above 6 with a P/E in the double digits. They have tried and failed to present themselves as an internet company. They even changed their name, but not their symbol. On the SI board, their name is spelled wrong.

I am short. Do you see any reason for me to cover?
