john, don't believe what people say - believe what the authorities do. they investigated this company with a fine tooth comb. the result. the big, humongous result of months of investigations and close to a million bucks was that they were forced to change the "instant executive" terminology. pow, bam, kazooo!!!! they really showed nfli!!!

what a joke. the program didn't change. executive status is still achieved the exact same way it always was achieved. there were other issues that nfli agreed to - but they were minor and didn't affect the program at all - eg, setting up an official web page.

the real question is why the "authorities" lied and said the stopped an illegal pyramid scheme. a name doesn't define a pyramid scheme.

perhaps they were corrupt. i don't know and never will.

the bottom line is that the program is legal. i've received the disty packet but have yet to do anything do to changes in my own life - new job, new city, etc...

some distributors misrepresented the program - and they should be disciplined appropriately and brought into compliance...

the company is real. it doesn't mean it is for you - it may not be. mlm is not for everyone. but the company is real.

good luck...
