Hi jp! It's time for our nightly chat again. I don't know much about NPEC, but for whatever it's worth, I still own all my shares. I'm trying to figure out how they can get around the 92 million shares and non-reporting issue. Hmmmm......Well...they have to start making a LOT of money...clean up the share issue...and then start reporting. Am I a genius or what??? Any chance that they're buying back shares now, do you think? Or would they have to report that? How much would it cost right now to buy back 50 million shares. Let's see....50 mil x .05 equals 2 1/2 million dollars. I don't think they have that much money right now. Oh well, scratch that idea. It was good while it lasted. Just checking in. Juan
