My favorite version of that is, "I'm raising my price target from $50 to $500 because...." Wall Street's analytical community has never produced a lower-quality product than now. Many times in research reports, things stated as facts are nothing more than the flimsiest of opinions or hopes. Obviously, people will care about this later on, but they don't right now. stocksite.com I am waiting for the upgrade with no price target that states that "... is so valuable that we think that stating a price target misses the point that this company is of unlimited value. We mere mortals are unworthy of reducing this unlimited value to a number" <g>
