DELPHI EXPECTS TO SPEND $106 MILLION ON Y2K DETROIT, March 17 (Reuters) ... Delphi spent $7 million in 1997, $40 million in 1998 and sees peak Y2K spending in late 1998 and early 1999, the company said in its annual 10(K) filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
