Horse guy - interesting allusions. Factual detail appreciated more. Fire away with facts. To date everything that seems to have appeared with specific Pederson situation looks above board (imo). Original buy-in thru common board director was done with real dollars, private placements were done with real dollars and last rope-in of Colt was done with paper. Check thru previous ASC Summaries, I do, and you'll see there's continual plucking away too with small insider purchases. Most have been done to date by Harold Pedersen, no one by the name of Peterson files....... Call the co. or even contact them by email, I have/do. To date info. appears to have been factual. Recent new hire of Engineering Mgr. type may also indicate some possible forward-think activities. Of course there's bias here, I do have a position although am comfortable waiting for this situation to develop over time. Cash in the treasury is a hard commodity to find in many current oilpatch situations. One thing to possibly keep in mind is that before the current group of folks became involved the thing was called San Fernando and the Rick Rule entourage (California based brokerage) did have a decent position, something like 10% I believe. I honestly don't know promotional mode that may have been attached with that group in other situations. Happy hunting......
