I found a number of reasons for the fall:

Company said they won't meet earnings est. (.14-.20 vs .26 est)

Two Institutions that held over 5% sold they shares (1.1Mil) and another cut there holdings by 20%

Mercury Finance draged this one down with it.

This all said, I think the sell off is overdone at this level but it may take some time to rebound. Missing est by as much as they are saying is a major No No.
