TSIG could now be $1.00/share and we would not know it because.....
How is this possible? Well it is because OTCBB stocks do not have to report their SHORT position.
Wake up and smell the roses. MM and investors can keep the price at this level as long as they keep SHORTING the shares that we buy. Since we do not know the SHORT position and we do not know if it is increasing each time news is brought out you do not know what the stock price is currently at. This is common practice with
BB stocks. Shake out the weak fish, the uninformed and the people tired of waiting!
SHORTS must cover, the larger the SHORT position the more shares must be bought back,
The true value of the stock is its price with a zero SHORT position.
We do not have that information and will not have that information until the stock is on NASDAQ when the SHORT position MUST be reported.
The stock could be at $2.00 a share and you would not know.
This is done for many reasons, one MAJOR reason is someone does not yet want to call attention to the stock by having it moving up! SHORTS also SHORT to help a stock run in an up-coming rally. They cover on BIG new to help fuel a rally!!!! Sometime they get caught SHORT on unexpected news and fuel a rally by covering. The current price does not reflect the value of the stock. That is the answer to ALL of your reasoning for why the stock price has NOT moved!
You either see the BIGGER picture or you don't. If you don't, SELL your stock and move on!
BEST,
Ed
