I agree with Donald that Fraser's style is "pump and dump." That certainly was the case with Ultra (nevertheless I made money on Ultra... I was lucky enough to dump at the same time as the pros). In the case of WMON, I think that Fraser believes that he has found a real winner. Thus, he paid to have his take on WMON spread to the masses. If the stock is a rocket, he will add to what I assume is an ever dwindling subscriber base. Most of his picks in the last year bombed because of his resource bias... he's hoping that this pick will save his newsletter.

I haven't bet the farm on this one. I bought 700 shares at 5.75
Also, I'm sorry if this post is incoherent, but I've had more than my share of green beer tonight.
