What is the SEC going to do about Tokyo Joe's counterpart???..the fellow who manipulates a stock DOWNWARD by NEGATIVE hype???..People who use large numbers of followers do have the power to influence the direction of a stock...But why is the manipulation of a stock UPWARD illegal in the eyes of the SEC and the manipulation of a stock DOWNWARD is OK in their eyes????...Something is very wrong with this picture!!!!
