You'll find the extreme plus and minus figures seem to coincide with a chart pattern that touches an upper or lower median line..... There's where you'll find a great buy or sell..... The numbers are getting very close to a plus number, but not yet... in fact this is a vulnerable period since they could approach zero and test it before turning south again... and notice this coincides with the DOW 10,000 level..... GZ
