Goodmorning Bill, Thank You for the link...I'd found that one earlier when searching for your explanations..... I quess I don't know what the SCY ratio is and how you are appling its reading to these markets? If indeed the decline begins today or in this time frame it would be a wonderful early indicator that serious weakness lies ahead.....and we should pay attention. Have you developed any supporting evidence? Is there any other reason for these historical lows? My Best Chip
