Corel draws disappointing picture
Corel Corp.'s newfound status as a profitable company melted as fast as spring snow Wednesday when it shocked markets with a warning that it had lost millions in its quarter ended Feb. 28.
...Analysts say this loss will make the company's annual meeting of shareholders April 14 very tense. At last year's meeting, shareholders demanded the resignation of president Michael Cowpland's if he didn't turn the firm around as promised.
