Jim, its hard to say. I'll review the Nevada laws in regards to any special treatment, etc. They are a dividend preferred but don't think there will be a cash dividend anytime soon, but should they sell just the LiPangue and a hoard of cash came into the till being non reporting and as "crafty" as these guys are ya never know. That or they may even declare themselves a stock dividend,,hey but it will help NPEC. We keep being told that shares goes to drillers, land owners, etc. If this is the case then these shares would be restricted or even in cert form somewhere right?, then why do we have to bring on new promo guys (it seems like every other week)..I keep hearing of this guy getting 600,000 shares, this guy this, this guy that. What did Noble House ever do for us? If new shares are being issued then why would we need to pay a promoter for "handling" anything. Most of those shares seem to get thrown back at us anyway, and most of the "promo" we do for free on this thread is what usually absorbs the stock. We have issue 6 million shares recently, what I find interesting it is always a small increment. If it was land owner payments based on a dollar amount then the numbers would be different from an 08 issued to the current .34 issued, just a thought!. So we have had over a million dollars of stock recently, where did that money go!, again whens the last time that we saw at least "unaudited" numbers. Just to many promoters over the last year have eaten these guys for lunch...These guys are in a much needed creditability mode, why hasn't the second half of the number 3 been released. The number has been floating around since last Friday. I was told as soon as they had them they would release them. Its time for the game playing to stop and these guys take a step into the big time, if they are up to it. Do we have management capable of doing this?, I am beginning to wonder and waiting to see if I'll be surprised!
