Thanks for the report Arnie! The item of most interest to me is the lawsuit with Vons, since I know so little about it. Do you know what the amount is they are trying to recover? Did the company give any hints that they would settle, or that they could win? Would a win be a big enough victory that it could significantly improve the company's balance sheet? D. Kuspa
