- news) and Hitsgalore.com announced that their reverse merger transaction is complete, having closed out of escrow late
Wednesday, March 17, 1999. All directors, officers and employees of SCMI have tendered their resignations and all business is
now being conducted from the Hitsgalore.com, Inc. offices in California and Branson, Missouri.
Appropriate filings are being made.
