Thanks. After posting my question I talked to Alexis. A summary of what I was told is on the original thread. (We seem to be using both interchangibly.) Anyway, regarding the 10-K, I was told (sounds like an old tune) that it would be filed this week. I was promised a copy by fax when it is available. We'll see.
