Zeev, have you tried rolling them up and out if the stock goes up? Thus if you write Mar 50's on a stock priced at 45 and the stock moves to 51, you can buy the March 50's back and sell April 55'2 in their place. If you do this when the stock is near or only slightly above the strike price the option prices are about the same. This can keep you from losing the stock yet still (eventually) collect the option premium. Carl
