I'll keep posting whatever I find on Microsoft and Y2K here. I agree with you that they are looking at 'a nasty public relations problem'. In addition, when the press and the public finally wake up to how unprepared Microsoft is on this issue, I believe it will be a key turning point on the whole issue. Guess Bill Gates is the richest man in the world but - whoops - not the smartest.
