Cheryl: Fabulous! eye-opening! and totally justified rant. It's an old technology trick - give 'em so much information that they have no idea what you are talking about. Gee, if Microsoft can call things compliant when they need to be patched, why can't everyone else? Your honest reaction may be an early indicator of how seriously upset people will be with the technology industry. I don't think most of them get it yet. Watch out for regulation, law suits, tough warranties, companies changing leadership because of how they handle this issue....all post 01/01/00. Christine
