Hello all, I've been out of OMGA for a while now, but I'll probably be shorting this morning, particularly if there is a gap up. During the recent sales demos they have referred to deals with e-trade and other brokers as being completed. Since this news was not completely public, a lot of speculators "bought the rumor". Since the more knowledgeable folks have the most money, they bought a lot, which explains the recent price move.

Today, the general public hears the "news". I do predict a gap up. The less knowledgeable people will buy at the open, thinking they are the first ones to be buying on the news. Of course, they don't have as much money as the smarter folks who bought the rumor. Those who bought the rumor will allow OMGA to run a bit, and then they start selling. Overall, I predict a down day.

I've seen this pattern on countless other stocks. The stock runs up in anticipation of the official release of news that lots of people know about already, and then heads down sharply after the release.
