I brought up Civil Rights as a point that it is one of the few Amendments to the Constitution that is specifically geared toward "groups".
I didn't say I thought it invalidated property rights. There has been much debate on the effectiveness of the CRA. I'm not sure it was even worth adding to the Constitution. I'm sure I'll be vilified for that statement, too.
That said, there are other ways to skin a cat and I feel that those of us who wish to alter "society" should search for market-based methods of improving "society" as opposed to gov't sponsored ones. There are many, and they have been shown to work.
