I tend to agree with you. Even if they are in 'the quiet period', a miss of $.13 would be considered a 'significant change' in business conditions and, I believe, require the company to issue a warning, even if it was within days of the quarterly report. This might force them to say it ain't so... if it ain't so. JMHO
