Tom, you forget..Medinah had to pay a few bucks for the Santiago properties-I can't imagine they are anywhere close to paying them off. I think the original plan was to use money from production that never happened(due to the switch of the company focus to Lipangue) to pay of these properties. Obviously lots of the shares are going to the original land vendors..(don't forget Andicollo either-they weren't cheap!) medinahenergy.com
