Hi Savo,

A couple of notes, regarding your last two posts:

1. I believe ORCTF will be going after the FT tender with several offerings/heads. That will give them a good chance of winning with one of them. They'll be in the race with LU and with Fujitsu. Let's hope they win with one of them.

2. AudioCodes has been getting a lot of nice press coverage recently. This is a big hint that an IPO is in the making. These sort of start-ups don't usually get that much press coverage in such a short time, unless they are getting ready for an IPO. I guess will see the IPO sometime in Q2, and I hope as DSPG shareholders, we'll get a dividend in the form of AudioCodes shares.
BTW, in a recent interview, LU's COO gave a lot of compliments to AudioCodes, when he was asked which Israeli companies impress him.

3. There is a chance DSPG will buy another small start-up, that is having some management problems (the 3 founders didn't seem to agree on anything). The company is called Phonet, and it has some very interesting technologies (many expected them to be a major success). We might be able to snatch them for pennies.

4. I did some checking, and you were right. Fujitsu isn't paying any royalties to DSPG, yet. The current silicon orctf's using is, like you said from lsi (who is paying royalties). The new ADSL silicon will be integrated in orctf's systems in Q3, and I think this silicon is also based on Oak or maybe one of the newer cores.
BTW, is the new HDSL-2 silicon also based on one of our cores ? That could be nice too.

Omer
