Finally -- BKS files S-1/A freeedgar.com I haven't had time to read much yet, but no specifics given on number of shares or percentages BKS and Berteslmann will retain after the IPO. Co-lead underwriters are Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. Salomon Smith Barney is also on the underwriting team. Here's news release for the IPO filing: biz.yahoo.com This says 15-20% of the company will be offered to the public. Also: BT Alex Brown has "reinitiated" coverage of BKS with a buy. biz.yahoo.com
