Would Piper-Jaffery use this guy to create buying opportunities at the expense of ruining his credibility(if he has any credibility to ruin)? Are they short the stock? .20 is DRASTIC! If they miss by .13, then I say it's a result of poor management and time to replace everyone at the top. El
