The company has entered into an agreement with The Investor Relations
Company of Northbrook, Ill. to provide a communications and financial marketing
program for the company. Key senior personnel of TIRC have record industry
experience which will be a valuable asset in planning marketing strategies.
The company will be responsible for approximately $3,500 (U.S.) per month for
fees and $1,200 (U.S.) for expenses.
