Here's some of who I'd buy if I were in charge of the big pharmas/biotechs:

J&J: SEPR and GLIA

DD: PCYC, maybe QLTF

AMGN: NPSP

BMS or PNU: CELG, MOGN and SUPG

Bayer: MLNM

MRK: SIBI

LLY: SNAP

Novartis or MEDI: BTRN

HMR: ARIA

AHP or CHIR: AVIR

I'd also grab the MaB technology - PDLI, ABGX etc., and think about grabbing the gene therapy technology.
