Did you get chance to read 13G filing dated Feb. 12? Who is the filler? Did they in(de)crese the holding?

The last 144 filing was seen back to Nov. 9. The same person had repeated his filing every three month but I could not find the new filing on Feb. 9 or so. He might finally sold out his chunk. I remember that was at least half million shares to dump. Somebody said he is a very old guy and invested in PLMD in early days. I hope this is the last time for him to dump shares like this.
