New Discoveries Launches Internet Software

SYDNEY, Australia, March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- New Discoveries Publishing
Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: NWDP) an Internet software company, continues its
major push into the lucrative online gaming market following a series of
licenses and agreements.
New Discoveries and its software licensee, will provide a regulated online
gaming service, allowing players access to graft-free government, fully
convertible currency, competitive odds and prompt payment of winnings for the
first time... and guaranteed higher payouts.
The licenses reaffirm New Discoveries' position as the provider of a fully
regulated online gaming facility, accessible to the world's entire wagering
population estimated to be $29.2 billion by next year.
The agreement follows last week's decision to allow New Discoveries the
option to license its software to other companies wishing to host Internet
casino-style gaming, race/sportsbook and wagering activities in the Solomon
Islands.
New Discoveries and its licensees will use the Island's infrastructure and
telecommunication services to establish Internet gaming and sports wagering
facilities.
Chairman and Chief Executive, Mr. Peter Michaels, said this was an
indication of the trend towards providing more efficient, entertaining and
superior telecommunications services to a global marketplace.
"Our technology will mean people across the globe will be able to share in
the excitement of gaming on the Internet. Being able to place a bet when and
where you choose brings many opportunities to the industry," he said.
New Discoveries is currently in negotiations with telecommunication
providers to handle the delivery of global gaming programming via the Internet
and PAY-TV.
"Our interactive satellite TV network is another exciting project set to
launch into the Asian and then worldwide markets. We are looking forward to
allowing users to interact with our sportsbetting and casino-style gaming
sites," he said.
"I am excited to be a part of the surge in Internet related activity that
has been reflected in the strong prices of Nasdaq technology stocks, like
Yahoo which has risen 72% from $100 to $172-1/8; Lycos surging 88% from $54 to
$1014/8; and Netscape rising 144% from $40 to $97-5/8 over the past three
months."
New Discoveries has appointed Australia's largest independent Public
Relations firm, Professional Public Relations (PPR), to coordinate the
company's marketing and communications activities. PPR has handled the public
relations and marketing for some of the worlds leading brands -- 3M,
McDonalds; Retravision, Volvo, Bayer, Bristol Myers-Squibb, Discovery Channel.
