David,

I have followed CGRM since the spring of 95 and took a small position after the last earnings report. I am a former employee of ROLM so I have some knowledge and interest in telephony.

I am looking to sell unless the next report(s) shows some real progress. I think they are a "safe" hold, close to book and 2 times cash, but I am "cleaning" my portfolio in preparation for the end of this bull market and I am only holding "proven" performers with well defined prospects.
