Floyd - In my experience, a couple of tech guys will defer to the judgment of experienced PR guys every time, as far as the tone of the release is concerned. And there was nothing incorrect in the releases - just omissions (which in my view were not required), and by definition a press release always omits things. That's why the SEC developed the safe harbor for forward-looking statements. -Eric
