Allan, I'm not sure I would call the MIM completed on AXC. It just started in January and the monthly chart still shows the over all formation starting in Jan. is still in progress. The BO would have to occur on a move that can be seen as separate from the MIM. Using Jan's high, the down trend line currently in question shows a short term breakout would be seen at approx. 5 3/4.
