Tell that to the thousands of people who invested in BRe-x. Whether this is a scam or not, remains to be seen. There were alot of people who bailed out on Tuesday before the news was even released. Legally everyone has to hear the news at the same time. To have some people bail on Tuesday and then release the news next day is, well . . . . who knows for sure. The next news release will tell the tale. IMHO
