I guess the CMGI split. I have no idea. My guess on why LCOS is down is because there will be uncertainty until after the shareholder vote, which is not immediate, and that LCOS can't even discuss a potential merger with other suitors until after the vote. Thus, no immediate competing bids that would drive the price up unless someone launches a hostile takeover attack. Maybe later, but not now.
