The most recent "10Q" I saw listed is 9/98. Are you referring to the "10K" from 1-29-99 instead?... essentially same info however.

If so, I also noticed that almost 50% of their NW is in "cash and equivalents" and very little debt, (surprising to me given the new plants in Ireland and Malaysia). Nevertheless, to me this means that for $14.50/shr price, one is buying almost $4 in cash and $10.50 in other "productive" assets... not a bad deal to me.

I'm still long.
