So what do we know? We know they haven't yet made the Q but they can't be too far off or they would have warned before now. We know they may miss by a bit. Brazil might be a 5&cent negative. PC SMB sales might be a 2&cent, or so, negative. That brings them down to 31&cent or so. I don't think we can count on the services side making up for everything else, at least not from the tone of IR as we've been told here. What about that advantageous tax rate that caused the fuss last Q? Will that help offset any of this or was that a one time thing? Stuart.
