Sheldon, I'm saying there are reasons why IDX is having trouble......and reasons why it is not upsetting to IDT and IDX. IDT took all stock......so they must believe that the future of IDX looks good. The options they are getting have the exercise price set on the price of IDX stock at closing of the deal....I think. IDX is in a quiet period...so they can't say anything...even if they wanted to. I doubt they, or IDT are crying about the stock being so weak at this time. That's my point....sometimes being in the toilet enables you to at least learn how to swim. The Commission does not drive anything......We play golf and smoke cigars......and load up on IDX when the loading is good......which is now. We will be cruising sooner than you think.......and you will see why buying IDT is worth all of this pain and suffering. Oooops...gotta go....HSN is spotlighting medical devices this hour.....I have my eye on a new pacemaker. bg
