Fred, rather than get "into it," I'll merely refer you to the posts of Felix and CWII.

By the way, have you ever attempted to organize 10-15 people and three to five vehicles to all arrive at the same destination at the same time? Sometimes it's easy; sometimes it's not. And so the building of a company. Whose riding with who? Whose got the front seat? Whose relegated to the back? Which car is a smoking car; which one is not? Who forgot something? Whose late? Whose here and ready and whose not? Why are three people who are doing something completely different delaying the trip for everybody? Are all of the vehicles up to par and will they make the trip? Do all the cars have gas? Whose got the directions? Does the guy whose been there before really have the directions right? The directions were written down, where are they? Is there a stop for beer along the way? If so, where and which store has the best deal on beer? Whose got money for beer? Should we bring food? Fred, the list goes on and we're only talking about 10-15 people and three to five vehicles attempting to get to a beach house party!

Indeed, Fred, there are several variables. Everybody wants to go to the party, but sometimes, given distance and other considerations, it's not easy to get there.

Unlike Doubleclick which had Goldman Sachs behind it, ZuluGroup.com has not had this luxury. I recommned you hold onto your hat, and hold onto your shares if you've got any. Time will tell. And the comment "the greater the risk, the greater the profit" has survived the test of time.
